  Tanzanian prime minister leaves after visit
MUSCAT — Mizengo Pinda, Prime Minister of the United Republic of Tanzania, his wife and his accompanying delegation left the country yesterday after a several-day visit to the Sultanate.
He and his accompanying delegation were seen off by Dr Fuad bin Jaafar al Sajwani, Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries and Head of the mission of honour accompanying the guest, members of the mission of honour accompanying the guest, the accredited ambassador of the Sultanate to Tanzania, the Tanzanian ambassador to the Sultanate and members of Tanzanian Embassy.
During the visit the Tanzanian Prime Minister was accompanied by Eng Christopher Chiza, Minister of Agriculture and Food Security, Dr Titus Kamani, Minister of Livestock and Fisheries, Ali Juma Shamhuna, Minister of Education and Vocational Training in Zanzibar, Mahadhi Maalim, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Charles Tizeba, Deputy Minister of Transport, Charles Kitwanga, Deputy Minister of State in the Vice-President’s Office for Environment, Ali Ahmed Saleh, Tanzanian Ambassador to the Sultanate and a number of officials. — ONA
